Cunningpac is a contract manufacturing and packing facility specializing in organic and natural skincare, cosmetic and cleaning
products. Our process is specifically set up to allow rapid turnaround incorporating thorough cleaning of all equipment between
each batch. We are therefore able to cost-effectively manufacture and pack small to medium batches of high value products. Our
normal modus operandii is that all raw materials and packaging is owned by the customer. We simply manufacture and pack the
products according to supplied formulations.

Cunningpac is committed to producing a consistently high quality of service at competitive prices. Our objective is to facilitate
the production of organic and natural skincare, cosmetic and cleaning products at prices that make them accessible to the average
consumer while complying with all requirements set by organizations regulating the industry.
Experience
Cunningpac was formed by a group of people who decided for various reasons not to accompany the Innoxa factory when it was
moved from Pietermaritzburg to Durban. The partners include two dispenser/compounders, a production planner and factory manager.
We are in the fortunate position of being able to hand pick our additional staff from ex Innoxa staff still resident in Pietermaritzburg.
Therefore, despite being a new facility, our staff represents in excess of 100 years experience in the manufacture and packaging
of cosmetic/skincare products.
Confidentiality
We are able to offer our customers complete peace of mind with respect to their formulations. We do not have our own brand and
there is therefore no temptation to try and incorporate any “good ideas” much less copy entire formulations. Our facility is set
up in such a way that only a handful of staff have access to the formulations. We are happy to sign confidentiality agreements.
Turnaround time
We do not begin manufacture until we have all raw materials and packaging to hand. Once a run has been scheduled we are normally
able to assure dispatch within one week. Obviously this varies according to our current workload. What we can assure our customers,
however, is that since we do not have our own brand, no one product will take precedence over another. We are therefore able to
adhere to our projected schedule fairly rigidly.
Premises
We are located in a newly developed industrial park adjacent to Makro in Pietermaritzburg. The factory is easily accessible even
by large vehicles and we have plenty of parking.
Accreditations
At present we do not have the cashflow to afford expensive audits, however we do adhere strictly to GMP. Some of our customer’s
products are Ecocert accredited. Cunningpac has been audited as part of the accreditation process and has been passed to manufacture
these products. We are happy for our customers to carry out thorough inspections of our operating procedures and systems provided
there is no compromise to confidentiality of our existing customer’s property.

Added Value Products
Product development
We are able to assist our customers in all aspects of product development including formulation development, fine-tuning of existing
formulations, upscaling and downscaling. We also represent a vast amount of experience in packaging do’s and don’t’s.
Distribution
We are able to hold finished product and effect distribution as per the requirements of the customer. We maintain accurate stock
records and are able to service all picking and packing needs including supply of samples, gwp, website sales etc.
Gift packs
We are able to design (if necessary) and supervise the assembly of gift packs whether for promotional or sale use
